The staff is helpful in acquiring a cab, making it easy to explore the nearby areas like Kuta or visit the supermarket in the city center. The basic amenities and rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast is satisfying.

The location in the center of the city is convenient, with a nearby supermarket for all your needs. The staff is helpful in acquiring a cab and can provide recommendations for exploring other areas like Kuta. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a towel to lay on, are all provided. Plus, the breakfast served is a wonderful bonus.

We loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy to embark on day trips from this city. The locals were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our stay. In addition, the hotel had an excellent location near a monument and its surrounding park, providing a great spot for an early morning walk. Lastly, the hotel was quite affordable, with helpful and polite staff.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to access nearby supermarkets and attractions. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful in acquiring a cab and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail, such as having a towel to lay on.
All was great, couldn't ask for more.

The location is perfect for those who need to be close to the immigration center and the staff is friendly and helpful. the room rates are affordable and the beds are comfortable. There is a restaurant on the rooftop with a decent view.
Cleanliness and maintenance are an issue with bugs and dirty facilities.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had a comfortable bed and air conditioning. the location was also convenient, as it was close to restaurants and shops.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the bathroom had mold and the shower had a weird smell.
